UUA strongly encourages all exhibitors to check out the David L. Lawrence Convention Center’s Exhibitor Sustainability Tips

Within the booth contract, exhibitors can be provided with a small in-booth waste bin. Stetson will be asking if booth if they would like this bin. UUA encourages you to decline this offer and use the large three-bin receptacles in the exhibit hall to reduce the use of resources in the plastic bags and paperboard bins.

Participate in our Exhibitor Donation Program

“DONATION” stickers will be available at the exhibitor services desk for you to collect and place on anything you wish to donate from your booth. Acceptable materials include:

Books, t-shirts, office supplies, décor, potted plants, bags, craft materials, garden supplies, as well as pre-packaged unserved food.

Unacceptable materials include vinyl banners, electronics, furniture, or equipment, carpet, carpet scraps, or carpet padding.
