PWR Leadership Experience
To fortify our congregational leadership, Leadership Experience gathers small groups from across our region for a weekend of history, how to and timely content relevant to the work and ministry of making congregations thrive followed by online sessions over the following months. Ideal for board members or other individuals in leadership positions, congregations are strongly encouraged to send current leaders and people being considered for future leadership positions. Ministers and other religious professionals may also attend.

And how can we challenge ourselves to learn and grow?
