Pacific Western regional staff practice the four Cs: We (1) challenge congregational leaders to help their congregations become the most vital congregations each can become, (2) coach congregational leaders through consultation and trainings, (3) companion congregations through times of difficulty and times of celebration, and (4) connect congregational leaders to one another, to other institutional partners, and to resources.

Read more below about the services we offer to the more than 180 congregations in the Pacific Western Region.

Looking to find your primary contact, ask a question about youth cons, or check in with the region's registrar about an event? The PWR staff bring a wide range of gifts, insights and expertise in church leadership and community development and are happy to hear from you.
