2026 Open Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment runs from November 1 through December 12, 2025.
This is your annual opportunity to review, update, or enroll in benefits for the upcoming year. There is a strict cutoff on December 12, so it’s recommended that you submit your forms early to avoid delays.
Coverage for all elections made during this period will be effective January 1, 2026.

Plans Available for Enrollment
You may enroll in or make changes to the following plans:
- Health insurance
- Dental and vision insurance
- Life insurance
- Long-term disability
- Hospital and accident indemnity
Special Enrollment Opportunity
- This year, we are offering a one-time open enrollment for Life and Long-Term Disability coverage. If you missed your initial enrollment period, this is your chance to sign up for these important benefits without needing to answer medical questions through the Evidence of Insurability process.
Rates and Premiums
- You can use the 2026 Health Plan Rate Calculator to estimate your costs for 2026.

- Premiums for Life, Long-Term Disability, and Dental plans will remain the same for 2026.
- To enroll, please submit a Benefit Enrollment Form beginning November 1st.

Important Plan Administration Reminders
- Be sure to report all employee changes affecting insurance—including terminations, income, addresses, and qualifying life events within 30 days of the change.

For Congregational Employers and Administrators
- Use our new Benefit Enrollment Form to enroll new employees
- Use our Employee Benefits Change Form to:
- Terminate employees’ coverage
- Change or update name, address, or other personal information
- Update employees’ salary
- Report any changes in employee benefits
- Report a transition from one Congregation or UUA affiliated organization to another
- All employee changes must be submitted within 30 days of the effective change. We’re unable to process refunds or credits that go back more than 60 days from the date of the change.
