The UUA Health and Dental Insurance Plans will hold their annual open enrollment period throughout November 2024. This is a key opportunity for staff of our congregations and participating employers to:

• Enroll in our health and dental plans
• Update their enrollment preferences
• Terminate participation if needed

Any changes made during this period will take effect on January 1, 2025.

Important Dates and Information

• Open Enrollment Period: November 1–30, 2024
• Health Insurance Premium Increase for 2025: 7%
• Dental Insurance Rates for 2025:
  • Individual: $65/month
  • Two-Person: $130/month
  • Family: $150/month

Our premiums and benefits are determined by the UUA Health Plan Committee, while claims processing and related services are provided through Highmark Blue Cross under contract with the UUA. Since its inception in 2007, the UUA Health Insurance Plan has been committed to reflecting UUA values and delivering excellent customer service.
