Before You Post
If you are having trouble with the UUA WordPress Theme, follow these steps before asking for help:
- Update the theme and the UUA Services plugin to the latest versions.
- Clear your browser's cache. (Instructions from Indiana Univ.)
- Turn off any ad blockers or popup blockers in your browser.
- See how the page looks in another browser. (If you usually use Chrome, see how it looks in Firefox, Safari, Edge, or Internet Explorer.)
- Log into the site and disable any plugins other than those that are recommended for use with the theme.
- Search the Congregational Website Forum to see if your question has already been answered.
