The Ministerial Fellowship Committee (MFC) consists of 15 members. At every MFC meeting, there are three recently Preliminary Fellowshipped ministers invited to participate as First-Year Minister Emissaries (previously known as Candidate Liaisons). The FYMEs attend the business meetings and the interviews. For interviews, the Committee is divided into three panels and each liaison is assigned a panel and fully participates in the interviewing process (but as a NON-VOTING panel member). After the meeting, liaisons are required to write a report specifically for candidates preparing for an interview with the MFC.

By sharing their experiences, these reports are invaluable resources as they provide insight, advice and support to those candidates with upcoming MFC interviews.
