Parameters: 3 or more people in person. Sneeze out all the stale energy with this one. Assign the word “Russia” to one person or group, “Prussia” to another person or group, and “Massachusetts” to the third person or group. Have everyone sneeze their word at the same time.

3 or more people. If more than 10, consider breaking into smaller groups. Can be done in person or online. People make up incredible stories about every day objects.

Parameters: More than 3 people, in person and you need a green object and a red object. “The Light” chooses the distance between themself and others by having them move forward or stop. Includes suggested discussion questions.

Parameters: two or more people, in person or online. People imagine they’re heading to a desert island and can bring one physical, tangible item with them. Invite each person to share, one at a time, what they would bring and why. Options to get artistic or make a playlist.

Parameters: more than two people; in-person or on video call. Participants create an outline of their body then fill it in with the things that represent what makes them who they are. Then they share out and receive affirmations.

Parameters: more than 3 people in person. Prepare a room with comfortable places to sit and lay, and open space for participants to create their own cozy area. Invite everyone to a cozy story-reading. Encourage them to wear their pajamas or other cozy clothing and to bring stuffed animals/blankets.
