When you register for General Assembly 2026, you’ll receive access to the Whova Event App, your central hub for interactive and on-demand video content, the EduCenter library, and networking opportunities with other participants. Registration is for individuals with unique email addresses. Everyone participating in GA, whether joining a community gathering, watch party, or attending at a UUA-hosted site, must be registered for General Assembly More about in-person participation options.

Registration Is Required for All Participants

All participants in General Assembly programmed events, in-person or online, must be registered.

Registration is required for program presenters, invited guests, performers, office support staff, relatives, hosts, and dignitaries. This policy is consistent with our principle of equity and avoids arbitrary distinctions.

General Sessions and Sunday Morning Worship will be streamed live on UUA.org and YouTube. No in-person events will be open to the public.

Business Sessions and Delegate Participation

General Sessions will be streamed publicly on UUA.org and YouTube, and registration is not required to watch. Delegates will use the Delegate Participation Platform to discuss and vote during the June 14–16 General Sessions.

Full General Assembly registration includes access to both the Whova event app and the Delegate Participation Platform.

For delegates who wish to take part only in the business sessions and not in GA programming, a business-only registration option will be available in May. This option will provide access to the Delegate Participation Platform only and does not include live programming, on-demand viewing, the EduCenter, or networking features in the Whova app.
