Participants: 6+, in person.

Also known as “Pass the Squeeze.” Ask if everyone is comfortable touching hands. If not, then switch to a different activity. The group forms a circle, holding hands. One person squeezes the hand of the person to their right, who squeezes the hand of the person to their right, and the squeeze is passed around the circle until it returns to its starting place.

Variation: Try this game with your eyes closed.

Variation: Pass multiple squeezes in different directions.

Liturgical variation: Pass a certain quality of energy (ex: love or generosity)
