Themes: Appreciating beauty, thinking creatively, collaborating on meaning making, and learning about others.

Participants: any number, in person or online.

Invite participants to wander around a designated space (ex: the current floor of the building you’re in, or outside within sight of the facilitator) for about 5 minutes to find 1 or 2 things that they find beautiful for some reason. Invite them to create a tableau that includes all their objects, then invite sharing about their chosen objects. After everyone who wants to share has done so, invite the group to create a story about how all of these objects came together.

Liturgical variation: Invite people to find objects that represent the worship’s theme or a spiritual concept like grace, abundance, or belonging.
