Service of the Living Tradition
Donate to the Living Tradition Fund
The Living Tradition Fund was established by the UUA Trustees in 1990 and receives the proceeds from the offering at the Service of the Living Tradition held at each UUA General Assembly.
Gifts to the fund are used for grants to reduce the burden of seminary student loans, and general aid to religious professionals and other congregational staff in need.

Program Description
The Ministries and Faith Development Staff Group invites you to this service where we honor those who have died, recognize those who have completed professional service, and welcome those who have received fellowship, credentialed, certified status in the past year while reflecting on ministry in a time of unprecedented change.

Our Music Director, Dr. Glen Thomas Rideout, serves as Director of Worship Arts at First Universalist Church of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The sermon was delivered by Reverend Chris Buice, minister of the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, a congregation where he once served as Director of Religious Education.

Ministers like Rev. Clyde Grubbs were honored for their service.
