How to include Staff photos on Minister and Staff page?
I've filled out the staff info on the Minister and Staff page, but I only see the pictures on the individual staff bio pages; the staff category page comes up without any images. Also, is there a way to include staff from two (out of three) departments in a category page?

You have to be including the images using the 'featured image' on the staff person, not inserting it into the text.
For staff from multiple departments, they can't be intermixed, but you can just list them one after the other [uua_staffer department="department1"] [uua_staffer department="department2"]
These days we are recommending that you use regular pages for your staff pages, so you can put in an image the usual way, with the "Add Media" button. It's also a good idea to set a Featured Image for the page.
