What license is the UUA WordPress Theme released under? I reviewed the theme's included assets and several are released as GPLv2. Although I am not a lawyer, my understanding of the GPLv2 is that any derived work must also be released under the GPL. Essentially, if you distribute such libraries in your theme, your theme becomes a derivative work also covered by the GPL. If you are not familiar, this is the key section of the GPLv2 license:

You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third parties under the terms of this License.

Assuming this release under the GPL was intentional, I am very pleased. Such a license is very common for WordPress themes and is a significant part of why WordPress has become so popular.
