We are accountable to, and in relationship with, the UUA Board of Trustees; in working relationship with the UUA Nominating Committee; and have clear accountability to the Committees that we serve.

We approach our internal working relationships with grace, and ground them in love and respect.

We understand uncertainty, conflict, and discomfort as natural to the work, and seek to engage them with the same love and respect.
