Lillian Drab-Braddick
Lillian is Dean of the UU Institute & LeaderLab and Congregational Life Staff in the Southern Region. LeaderLab & UU Institute equip lay leaders and Religious Professionals with resources and trainings, the Southern Region partners with leaders to foster congregational vitality.
In her work with Team LeaderLab, Lillian drives the creation of resources like the Congregational Life Cycles Toolkit and Partnership Portal, empowering congregational leaders to strengthen and sustain thriving communities. UU Institute trainings featuring Lillian include:

Through the Southern Region, Lillian and Cameron Young developed and facilitate the Leadership Experience (LE) Primer Series, equipping newer leaders with foundational knowledge. As a Sparks Program facilitator, Lillian has co-led the Administration as Leadership and Dimensions of Faith Development Modules.
