I call upon you
I call upon you

I call upon you, <ancestor>,
from the Cloud of Witnesses to accompany me today.

You teach me <value(s)>,
and today I am called to <action/mission>.

Walk with me.
Inspire me.

Hold me accountable so I may bring honor to you,
amplify love and compassion to those around me,
and make the way easier for those yet to come.

I ask this because you are mine
and I am yours.

You live in me
and I live in you.
