This spring, MidAmerica will be hosting a national webinar on Behavioral Covenants, and how to set appropriate boundaries in our congregations.It will provide a basic overview of behavioral covenants, cover limited access agreements, and give you a chance to work with others to think through complex situations that may appear in your congregation. We will discuss structure and form of policies.
