Exhibiting
Unitarian Universalists have a wide range of interests, and our exhibit hall beautifully reflects this diversity, offering a vibrant array of ideas and goods. From theological schools and specialty craft vendors to UUA staff groups and affiliate organizations, the exhibitors at General Assembly represent a broad spectrum of passions and pursuits.
Our seasoned exhibitors include artisans and craftspeople, jewelry makers, social justice organizations, theological institutions, identity-based groups, educational resources, UUA congregations, and other UU organizations. We are deeply grateful for the continued commitment of our exhibitors, whose presence enriches the General Assembly and adds to the dynamic tapestry of our community. We look forward to widening this tapestry even further, and we hope you will consider exhibiting with us.
Multi-platform Exhibit Booths
All exhibitors have access to our mutli-platform exhibit space, meaning they can have a presence in Baltimore and on the Whova App.
Our In-Person Exhibit Hall is a vibrant, welcoming space filled with a diverse array of booths and displays. Upon entering, attendees are greeted by colorful banners and informative signs showcasing organizations, initiatives, and services that align with the UU principles of justice, compassion, and interconnectedness. The air hums with conversations as visitors browse through materials ranging from pamphlets and books to handmade crafts and eco-friendly products.
Booths are thoughtfully arranged, each offering a unique experience, whether it’s a local UU congregation sharing its outreach programs, a social justice organization promoting activism, or a spiritual group offering resources for personal growth. There’s a strong emphasis on sustainability, with many exhibitors highlighting eco-conscious practices and fair-trade goods. A few booths even feature interactive displays, inviting participants to engage in hands-on activities or mindful practices such as journaling or guided meditations.
The exhibit hall serves as both an educational space and a community hub, fostering connection among attendees who are eager to learn, share, and inspire one another. It’s a place where creativity and purpose meet, where each exhibit reflects the rich tapestry of beliefs, values, and actions that define the Unitarian Universalist tradition. Conversations about personal faith journeys, collective efforts toward social justice, and environmental stewardship fill the air, making the exhibit hall not just a place to explore resources, but also a space of collaboration and shared vision. Additionally, our learning stage invites attendees to connect closely with educators, artists, and leaders who can impact and guide their vision.
Expanding the Reach of Exhibits Through the GA App
By hosting Virtual Exhibit Booths in the GA App powered by Whova, exhibitors can engage with a wider audience than ever before. Unlike entirely in-person events, the virtual format removes geographical barriers, allowing participants from around the globe to interact with booths at their convenience. With unlimited access for booth staff, exhibitors can connect with attendees across different time zones, creating more opportunities for meaningful engagement.
This expanded reach not only increases visibility for exhibitors but also enables attendees to access a diverse range of resources, learn from global experts, and explore new products and services—regardless of location. In this virtual setting, the potential for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration is significantly amplified, making these exhibits more impactful and far-reaching.
