Exhibiting at General Assembly

From theological schools to specialty craft vendors, UUA staff groups to affiliate groups, the GA exhibit hall is a diverse marketplace of ideas and goods. Exhibitors reflect the wide variety of interests pursued by Unitarian Universalists. Past exhibitors have included: Craftspeople, Jewelry Artisans, Social Action Groups, Theological Schools, Educational Resources, UUA Congregations, and UUA Organizations.

Known for its leadership in convention center sustainability, the David Lawrence Convention Center is the home of the largest column-free exhibit space on the east coast. The unique skylight windows bathe the hall in natural light and highlight the natural beauty of the venue, and its surrounding areas. Exhibitors at 2023 General Assembly will have endless creative opportunities to decorate their booth and engage with the GA audience.

Exhibit Booth Types

Exhibiting opportunities exist for both on-site and fully virtual exhibitors. With the reservation of an on-site booth, all exhibitors will receive a complimentary virtual exhibit booth. Exhibitor presence in both platforms encourages equity across the attendee experience. 2023 Exhibitors may choose from the following booth options:

  1. Standard Booth: Any on-site booth space of 300 square feet or less, including: 10'x10' , 10'x20', or 10'x30'. Custom booth sizes available upon request.
  2. Virtual Booth: Located in the GA App powered by Whova Includes customizable booth space with unlimited booth staff access.

Standard Exhibit Booths

Early pricing for Standard On-site Exhibit Booths is $7.50 per square foot until February 28, 2023. Starting on March 15, standard exhibit booth pricing will increase to $8.50 per square foot (an additional $100 per 10’x10’).

All booth sales will officially close on April 15, 2023.

  • 10' x 10' ..... $750
  • 10' x 20' ..... $1,500
  • 10' x 30' ..... $2,250

$8.50 per square foot (March 1 - April 15, 2023)

  • 10' x 10' ..... $850
  • 10' x 20' ..... $1,700
  • 10' x 30' ..... $2,550

Booths larger than 10' x 30' are considered island booths.

  • (1) 7” x 44” exhibitor sign per booth
    (regardless of booth size).
