Welcome! I’m Rev. Richard Nugent, the Director of Church Staff Finances. Our mission is this: Guided by Unitarian Universalist values, we equip congregations for excellence as employers and their staff for financial competence and well-being.

We provide information, services, and programs to congregational leaders and staff regarding benefit plans, aid funds, compensation, and staffing practices.
