Wave Cohort Details

How do we love a bruised and broken world with broken hearts? This moment calls for a deep, engaged, and sustainable compassion for self and others. We will explore the spiritual and cognitive strategies we have and those we seek to care for ourselves and others and live our shared values in these challenging times. This Wave Cohort’s facilitators bring co-facilitation experience from years of working with communities to deepen resilience and expand compassion. Participants will build a community of understanding and practice that helps us explore spiritual resources to meet this moment with love and compassion!
