Propose a Spring 2026 Wave Cohort

Please fill out this form by November 9, 2025 (deadline extended)! We will notify you if your proposal has been accepted by November 17, 2025 and schedule the first of several Welcome and Orientation meetings in late November and early December. Promotion and recruitment for Spring Wave Cohorts will happen through December 2025 and January 2025 and Spring Wave Cohorts should plan to launch in February 2026 or later and wrap up before General Assembly 2026.

Fall Webinars

This fall, we gathered on Zoom for a one hour webinar to learn more about Wave Cohorts, the ways this practice has already been used at the UUA, at this past summer’s General Assembly, and currently, in eighteen Wave Cohorts running this Fall. These webinars were led on October 14 and 19, by Rev. Kierstin Homblette Allen (UUA Meet the Moment Program Manager) with support from Betty Clark and Rev. Ashley Horan.
