Creating Hubs of Climate Resilience
Cohort Details
As climate disasters grow in frequency and intensity, Unitarian Universalist congregations have a vital role to play in keeping our communities safe. This cohort will bring together UUs who are committed to exploring how congregations can serve as sanctuaries and centers of support during climate‑related emergencies. By gathering perspectives and experiences from across the country, the cohort will help transform knowledge that might otherwise remain siloed within individual congregations into shared strategies, tools, and materials that can be adapted and used movement‑wide for years to come.
This cohort will meet in bi‑weekly 90‑minute sessions from March through May, pause over the summer, and reconvene in August to share outcomes with the Green Sanctuary 2030: Mobilizing for Climate Justice Community of Practice.
Facilitator
- Rachel Myslivy, UUA Climate Justice Strategist
How to Join
