Wave Cohort Details

This Wave Cohort will explore virtual and hybrid ministry as faithful, effective responses to a growing reality in Unitarian Universalism: some congregations cannot find onsite ministers, while some ministers are ready to serve virtually or in hybrid models. We will bring together ministers and congregational members to reflect on their lived experience and to identify emerging best practices that can foster strong relationships between a minister and congregation and support volunteer leadership, as examples. Grounded in UU values, participants are invited to expand our denominational imagination and embrace new possibilities for meaningful ministerial leadership.
