For What Time Period Should We Report Financial Information?

The financial numbers you submit during Certification of Membership should be the actual totals from the congregation's most recently-ended fiscal year.

This applies to these statistics:

  • Total Expenses
  • Pledge Income
  • Pledge Units

For example:

  • If your congregation's fiscal year ends on June 30, provide the actual numbers for the fiscal year July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019.
  • If your congregation's fiscal year ends on December 31, provide the actual numbers for the fiscal year January 1-December 31, 2019.
