Cohort Details

We have now been using an adjusted APF Formula everywhere across the UUA for more than five years. It is appropriate to assess the impacts of the changes to the formula, and the extent to which the changes are meeting our goals for greater equity, increased participation and long-term sustainability. The goal of the Wave Cohort is to invite shared reflection about how we fund our faith at the national level through APF. Congregational financial sustainability is relevant, as is the understanding of covenant and how it informs congregational participation in the Annual Program Fund.
