Concurrent Advanced/Leadership Level RECP
In 2018, the RECC added a second path to what was then the Master level, the “Concurrent Credentialed/Master” level, now know as the Concurrent Advanced/Leadership level. The requirements are the same as for completing the Advanced level and the Leadership level separately — there is no reduction in workload, although the Reflective Essays, Recommendations, and Review of Material are different, as outlined in the following pages in this section. Review both the Advanced Level and Leadership Level sections for information on the other requirements.

Required Reflective Essays

Recommendations
Obtain six recommendations. One of the recommenders must be your supervisor and one must be a person who has been familiar with your work throughout the credentialing process. That person may be your supervisor.
