In our lives, people sometimes do us wrong.

The UUA responds to the most recent onslaught of oppressive laws and policies threatening the lives of trans and nonbinary+ children and the LGBTQIA+ community and continues to work for justice and the ability of all people to thrive.

May our spirits be guided by our values.

We are divine bodies of light and darkness

When you hear, “We are the liberating force, spirit, light, and love,” what does that conjure in your spirit?

As sacred beings, we hold the wisdom to know what is best for our own selves.

Queer joy is resistance.

It is in gathering that we find our hope.

Safety is not tied to our capacity to watch our neighbors, but rather based on our capacity to truly look out for one another.

We can’t run from ourselves. The answer to safety is always closer rather than farther away.

Spirit of Life who dwells before and between and beyond all words… we open ourselves to you.

May we be with one another in solidarity and struggle.

The Unitarian Universalist Association joins leaders across the country in decrying the recent surge of hate crimes against Asians and Asian Americans.

I am afraid and exhausted from the constant fear. I don’t know who to trust for information about the virus.

3 travelers search for a new home where they will feel welcome and included. They encounter a single leader, a group of leaders, and circle of equals. The communities mirror an autocracy, a republic, and non-hierarchical community.

It often feels like we’re shouting into the void. It was a gift to be reminded that sometimes someone is listening.
