Welcome to 24 Farnsworth St., the headquarters of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). Located in the Innovation District of downtown Boston, MA, 24 Farnsworth is home to the offices of the UUA, UU World, Skinner House Books, Beacon Press, and the Church of the Larger Fellowship. We welcome visitors to stop by our offices from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) starting on Labor Day through June 30, and between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (EST) during our summertime hours beginning July 1 through Labor Day.

There is no street parking available on Farnsworth St. Check with parking garages for current pricing information. No matter which way you travel, be sure to give yourself lots of time to find your way, get around in city traffic, and find parking.

By Public Transportation

Bus and subway fare information is available through the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) website.

  • Take the Red Line, Commuter Rail, or Amtrak to Boston's South Station.

  • To get to our building from South Station:

    • You exit the station onto Summer Street and turn right.

    • Turn left onto Dorchester Avenue.

    • Turn right onto Congress St.

    • Turn left onto Farnsworth St. The UUA will be #24 on your left. (10 minute walk total).

From Logan Airport

  • The MBTA Silver Line (SL1 Bus) does curbside pickup and drop off at Terminals A, B, C, and E. It is an 11-21 minute ride from the terminal to Courthouse Station, and a 3-minute walk from Courthouse Station to the UUA. Purchase a fare at the Charlie Card kiosk in your terminal.

  • Directions from Courthouse Station:

    • Turn right out of the station.

    • Walk around the station to a long parking lot, facing tall buildings.

    • Turn right, walk through the parking lot, and turn left onto Farnsworth St.
