Cohort Details

This spring, the UUA will launch the Growing UUA Lay Leadership Within & Beyond Congregations cohort, a focused learning and strategy group designed to strengthen how Unitarian Universalist communities identify, develop, and sustain lay leaders. UU congregations, communities, and partner organizations rely on committed lay leadership, yet many gaps and challenges exist in how we support these leaders across our movement. This cohort aims to address those needs directly..

  • The group will meet bi‑weekly for 90 minutes, from late February/early March through April.

  • The cohort will bring together individuals with significant experience in congregational, regional/district, and national UU leadership. Participation will be by targeted invitation, with cohort leaders reaching out to specific people and constituencies to apply
