Empower is the recordkeeper for the UU Organizations Retirement Plan and the platform where you will manage your retirement account. Through Empower you can:

- Choose and update your investment elections
- Set or change your salary deferral amount
- Access financial planning tools and unlimited point-in-time financial advice at no additional cost
