How do I get a list of my congregation's members?
Authorized congregation representatives can view and print the list of members that Data Services has on file for your congregation. The quarterly UU World magazine mailing to members is generated based on these congregational membership lists.
Using a my.UUA.org Account
If an authorized leader or staff of your congregation has a my.UUA.org account, you can not only view the membership list online, you can update it on the spot.
If you are a first-time user, you must register for a personal my.UUA.org account. If you already have a registered and confirmed account, you may log in here.
If you are authorized as a Data Services Updater for your congregation, you see your congregation's name and a "Manage Members" link on your home page after logging in. Click the link to see the list. Click a member's name to update information about the member.
The my.UUA.org instruction manual (PDF, 14 pages) is available online. The one-page Cheat Sheet may also be helpful.
Receiving a Membership List on Paper
If you do not have access to a printer and would like a paper copy of the Membership List to be sent to the congregation's address via postal mail, email Data Services (data_services@uua.org).
You can also access a printer-friendly version of your membership list by using my.UUA.org.
