Services Plugin doesn't respect the order of presenters entered.

I just noticed that the Services presenters appear to be displayed (I think) in alphabetical order, and not in the order entered. I think that's incorrect, as it's quite common to have a main presenter with other, minor presenters/helpers.

One of the limitations of taxonomies is that there's no fine-grained control over the order they present in, and definitely not on a per-post basis.
