There isn't a link to the login built into the theme. You can either add it as a widget into one of the footer widgets or, my recommendation, add it as a link to the Footer Menu (Appearance > Menus). It will require a Custom Link, so the url will be http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin and the label could just be Login.

I'd add: For an example, see https://cvuus.org -- we added a link to our footer.
