Featured Service Not Full Page (Home 2)

I am new to WordPress and the UUA Theme. I'm delighted it's going so well to start. My issue is that the featured service widget in Home 2 sometimes displays full screen under the image carousel and sometimes is just about a third of the screen on the right. Any help is really appreciated. Mary

I believe that is a browser-specific item; I was pleased that my society’s site moved those services to under the slider, not looking empty to its right, but it turned out to be how my different browsers display the site.
