The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and the MacLean Award Committee awarded Randy Becker the 2022 Angus H. MacLean Award for Excellence in Religious Education. The award was announced at General Assembly in June, 2022 and presented June 2023.

Rev. Randy Becker is recognized for his long, loving, and committed work championing Religious Education in many circles of our faith. He lifts up the importance of shared ministry in bridging his dual professional realms of ministers and religious educators. In addition to serving as a minister in many congregations over his 50 years of ministry, he has also volunteered many years of his life to furthering the profession and practice of religious education.
