Participants: any number, in person or online.

For each round, one person is selected as “the silver.” The other participants take turns sharing a quality they notice in that person, something uplifting the person may not see in themselves, or offering a wish or blessing to encourage them to shine. Repeat until all have had a turn being celebrated.
