Themes: Receiving appreciation, sharing kindness, and strengthening connections.

Participants: 6+, in person or online.

Divide into two equal groups forming concentric circles: receivers inside, givers outside. Givers think of a meaningful compliment for the receiver in front of them, then the outer circle rotates so every participant receives a compliment from each giver. Allow a brief pause of silence when the full rotation completes. Switch roles so all experience both giving and receiving.

Variation: The inner circle closes their eyes and faces inward, with the outer circle behind, to deepen focus when sharing compliments.

Online: Randomly assign 3-person breakout rooms to go into briefly, bring group back, randomly reassign rooms, and continue in this way. (3 better follows safety guidelines.)
