UCN has a themed Sunday service, an adult discussion topic, and youth RE activities that it posts each week. I tried putting them in a single item for the day but the excerpt code stripped the headings and paragraphs. Then I tried making one entry for each bit of subject matter. The widget showed just the first. This seems to suggest a marquee class and widget. A table would be created for each collection of posts using a common table type. The widget would be instanced and a combo box set to the post type to be shown. The marquee objects would be similar to the UUA services objects in content and behavior a next entry, a back list, and a coming attractions list that could be excerpts like those on the Staff page with a link to the full post. (Sorry to laps into blogy language) but Wordpress seems to suffer from that bias. From reading the other Services related questions, it appears that there are a number of other congregations needing a more generalized version of this post type. It is kind of the same idea as A's Blog, B's Blog, C's Blog.
