Can't Display the church Logo and the Site Title and Tagline at the same time.

I created our logo as a 512 X 512 jpg image. When I load the image in the Logo Image tab, the Site Title and Tagline disappear; If I delete the Logo Image, the Site Title and Tagline reappear
