Request the application materials from Beth Casebolt at bcasebolt@uua.org.

The application materials include the following:

• The Application Form
• The Letter of Agreement with the congregation
• Three Reference Letters
• The Covenant with the congregational minister or covenanting partner.

All these materials should be submitted to Beth Casebolt at bcasebolt@uua.org.

Once all the materials are received, the CLM Council will schedule an interview with the aspirant.

If the congregation already has a CLM process, this will need to be reviewed with the CLM Council and congregational leadership and amended as necessary.
