You are cordially invited to join Side with Love and the UUA in celebrating Thirty Days of Love. Thirty Days of Love is the annual celebration that runs approximately from Martin Luther King, Jr. Day in January through Valentine’s Day in February.

Due to the response to the networking calls we started in the fall, the CER staff team has decided to keep the meetings going through the rest of the church year. These calls are for you to talk with your peers from congregations in your area about the challenges you are currently facing....

From all of us at the Central East Region, we wish you Happy Holidays and a joyous New Year and extend a deep appreciation for our congregational leaders who do so much for our faith.

A confluence of events has come together to create a season of potential miscommunication, reactivity, and disconnection.

It is with overwhelming sadness and shock that the Central East Region acknowledges the sudden death of our colleague and dear friend, Hope Johnson, from a long-term respiratory illness. Here are some of our memories of her.

With Thanksgiving this week and the holiday season approaching, this marks the beginning of the season of thankfulness and gratitude. And so we want to take this opportunity to say Thank You.

The UUA is offering a number of different ways folks can be a part of the programming, volunteers and support of the 2021 General Assembly.

If there’s a knot in your stomach still; a dread of what else may be coming; fears about the Supreme Court; worry about your safety; feelings about your neighbors, family, and fellow citizens who support racism, fascism, and misogyny; this is an offering from me to you.

This past spring I joined a trend. I’d like to say I don’t get sucked into fads but I must admit, I’m susceptible.
