What We Have Laid in Store

Just as it can be overwhelming to sort through decades of accumulated pony beads and craft sticks in search of what we need for this Sunday’s lesson, some of us are finding it overwhelming to remember and locate what we have laid in store to support and guide us in times of widespread crisis.

As authoritarianism rises and so much we hold dear is under siege, our Spring Religious Education Meet-Ups will focus on how we can bring to bear the skills and knowledge we have gathered through decades of Unitarian Universalist faith development scholarship and practice.

In our time together, we will remind one another of the practices, stories, patterns and rituals we’ve created and inherited to help us help others make sense of chaos, focus on what matters most, and use the power we have in service of our UU values.

Religious Education Meet-Ups are open to all professional and lay leaders engaged in the work of faith development in our congregations. Please choose the meeting time that best suits your schedule.

UUA’s Faith Development Co-Lab, a joint working group of the Lifespan Faith Engagement and Congregational Life offices, sponsors this quarterly gathering.
