Process Observer
Designating a process observer for your search team meetings is a great way to assess and monitor how meeting time is being used and how team members are in relationship with one another. There are options on how your team might do this:
- choose one person to who takes notes on group process, then reports their observations to the group as an agenda item at the end of the meeting.
- rotate the role between all team members.
- have a process observation checkout at the end of the meeting when everyone can reflect on whether
- the goals of the meeting were accomplished
- all people had the opportunity to speak and feel heard
- no one objected to any decisions that were made
- whether the group stayed in covenant with each other
