LEAD THE PACK

Ready for an exciting leadership opportunity? Passionate about Unitarian Universalist young adult community? Interested in going to General Assembly 2014. Want to go for free?

The Young Adults at General Assembly (YA@GA) are looking for three fully-funded volunteer staff for General Assembly 2014 in Providence, RI. We need one worship coordinator, one community engagement coordinator and one program coordinator. Each staff person will have their travel, lodging and food expenses covered for GA 2014. The deadline for applying is December 6th, 2013 and all the relevant information can be found here.

This is an exciting year to be a part of the young adult community at General Assembly. We are shifting away from the caucus format into a more dynamic and inclusive model. To read about this shift, see this blogpost from your YA@GA co-facilitators, Hannah Roberts and Nic Cable.

In Providence YA@GA will provide opportunities for young adults to worship, connect and lead! We envision a dynamic Synergy service as well as spiritually moving worship for young adults throughout GA. We imagine opportunities for professional networking and deep community building, with special attention to newly bridged young adults. We also hope to bring exciting workshops and inspiring presentations to the wider GA audience to move our faith forward.

If you have the skills, experience and passion to help make this vision a reality, please take a look at the application materials and consider applying now!
