Sean is thrilled to be a part of the Office of Church Staff Finances, bringing more than 20 years of non-profit management experience in service of UU congregations. Sean joined the UUA in January of 2022 after serving as the Executive Director for a mid-sized UU church. Before shifting his career to supporting faith institutions, he pursued a career in the non-profit management, focused on supporting performing arts institutions. Sean resides in Indianapolis, IN and is an avid photographer, committed homebrewer, dreaming sailor and wandering soul who is honored to support UU organizations in living their values and caring for their staff.
