The Rev. Eric Cherry

Eric was the Director of the UUA’s International Office since August 2007. Prior to this Eric served for 12 years as a parish minister with UU congregations in Burlington, Iowa and N. Easton, Massachusetts. Eric has long been involved in the UU Partner Church movement, serving as the English Teacher for Unitarian Seminarians in Kolozsvár, Transylvania in 1998. Other organizations that Eric has served in leadership roles with include the International Association for Religious Freedom (IARF), Religions for Peace, local Habitat for Humanity affiliates, and the UU Massachusetts Action Network. Eric is a life-long UU, and a graduate of Earlham College (BA) and Meadville/Lombard Theological School (M.Div). He and his wife, Linda, make their home in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
