Sherri Lysy (she/her) joined the New England Region team in Congregational Life in 2022. Sherri brings life experience to the team from the classroom, non-profits, the private sector, and community organizing. Sherri is an MSW candidate at the University of Maine.

Sherri grew up in the congregational community at the First Unitarian Church of Rochester. She is proud to come full circle and join the hardworking team of the UUA to help further develop and advance progressive, justice-orientated values in New England. She lives in rural Maine with her pup Hueby Doobie Doo and cat Tommy Tomato.
