Brent Haglund is president of the Sand County Foundation, a conservation organization. A member of the First Unitarian Society of Madison, Wisconsin, he is co-author of Hands-On Environmentalism (Encounter Books, 2005) with Thomas W. Still, president of the Wisconsin Technology Council.
