Parameters: can be done solo or in a group, in person or online. Can be done standing, sitting or laying down.
People will need enough space around them that they can stretch out their extremities. Tell them to relax their bodies. Then, as they say “Oooooom” have them clench every muscle in their bodies; hands, tummy, faces; until they are all scrunched up. Then, on “Wah!” have them release all of the tension and sprawl out as big as they can.
