Group Sneeze

Parameters: 3 or more people in person. Sneeze out all the stale energy with this one. Assign the word “Russia” to one person or group, “Prussia” to another person or group, and “Massachusetts” to the third person or group. Have everyone sneeze their word at the same time.
Oomwah

Parameters: can be done solo or in a group, in person or online, standing, sitting or laying down. As people say “Oooooom” they clench every muscle in their bodies. Then, on “Wah!” they release all of the tension and sprawl out as big as they can.
Outright Lie

3 or more people. If more than 10, consider breaking into smaller groups. Can be done in person or online. People make up incredible stories about every day objects.
Social Justice Stretch
From Deeper Joy

Parameters: solo or in a group, in person or online. Reach down to get power from the grassroots (stretch down). Reach up to the sky for inspiration (reach up). Stomp out injustice (stomp/clap). Move in the winds of change (sway side to side)
